- October Half Term Soccer Schools
After a very successful Summer Soccer School programme in which we saw over 1572 participants across three venues, we look forward to seeing you at our October Half Term Soccer School dates. We took inspiration from the successful Summer of activity this year and had Olympic themed sessions across the soccer schools.
- The Way Youth Zone take on Wolves, West Brom and Villa in Wolves Premier League Kicks Tournament
Young people from The Way Youth Zone recently competed in the Wolves Premier League Kicks Tournament against rivals West Bromwich Albion, Aston Villa Football Club and Wolves Kicks Premier League youth team. The young people, aged between 11-13 years old, took part in their first competitive football tournament on Tuesday 23rd August at the Wolves Community Trust Dome in Aldersley.
- Young people from The Way Youth Zone part of the Wolves Ball Crew
The Way Youth Zone and Wolves Community Trust have been working closely in partnership since January 2016, with Wolves Community Trust delivering regular Football training sessions at the Youth Zone and managing the regions Football development plan.
- Premier League School Sport
The end of the academic year in July brought a close three years of our Premier League School Sport project. Across the delivery period we have seen our outputs in Primary Schools increase by 500%, with over 50 lessons of Physical Education being taught weekly in 20 of the city's schools, alongside an extra-curricular and enrichment offer delivering a further 60+ sessions each week.

WCT's Bilston and Cheslyn Hay Advanced Centres recently enjoyed their End of Season success by celebrating together for a mini festival.
- Mindful Gifts CIC celebrates donation with Wolfie
This week saw Wolfie pop into one of Wolves Aid supported charities, Mindful Gifts CIC to celebrate their recent donation.
- Support group for people living with COPD to launch in Wolverhampton
People who suffer from a chronic lung condition are quite literally set to get their own 'breathing space' in the City of Wolverhampton, as part of a new support group established to help them socialise and cope with their condition.
- Wolfie Supports BUDS & Little Princess Trust
Volunteers and staff at BUDS are snipping their tresses for BUDS (Better Understanding of Dementia in Sandwell) Charity at BUDS Brook Street Club Tipton DY4 9DD at 1pm with Wolfie cheering them on.
- Wolfie welcomes new arrivals into the Wolves family!
Wolfie popped in to welcome some of the new arrivals on the Neonatal Unit at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton into the Wolves family last week - armed with a donation of 10 cot mobiles for tiny patients.

Once every few weeks, as part of the Wolves Community Trust Advanced Centre Coaching programme, we invite a selection of grassroots clubs to come and test themselves against our promising young players.

A Black Country in Motion walking football session turned into a competitive battle with the arrival of two professional footballers.
