About Us

Wolves Community Trust

Wolves Community Trust is the registered charity of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. The charity supports the local community through delivering projects relevant to sport, health, education, inclusion and community donations. More than 60 dedicated staff and volunteers work hard to address health, inequalities, educational needs, employability, reduce antisocial behaviour and much more.

Annually WCT reach 25,000 local residents through projects spanning all age, gender, socio-economic and ethnicity demographics working with a range of local and national partners to tackle key local issues.

Over 4,000 participants are engaged in sports programmes alone, with over 85 weekly sessions being delivered within our communities.

A total of 92 schools were engaged in Wolves Community Trust activities during the 14/15 academic year, engaging more than 12,000 school children.

Wolves Aid is unique within football, distributing grants to small charities and organisations based locally. To date, £850,000 has been donated since 2008, supporting over 125 local good causes.

Our work is supported nationally by the Football League Trust, Premier League Charitable Fund amongst many others.
